Please allow 24 hours for order processing. There are times when some products may not be on hand at the time of order placement due to availability in the marketplace. If a product is unavailable at the time of order, we will contact you to discuss an alternative product option or provide an estimated time frame when that product might become available.
Orders ship from Chandler, AZ via U.S. Postal Service, usually Priority Mail. Shipping is limited to the United States. For corporate or large volume purchases, including shipment to multiple recipients, please contact us to arrange special shipments. If we think there might be an issue with the timely receipt of your order, we will contact you to discuss additional options.
Special Shipping Requirements / Handling Fees: Additional handling fees are required for “heat sensitive” products during warner months, generally April 15 – Oct 15. The following products are heat sensitive: all Chocolates, Gummies, Taffies, and Caramels, but may include others. Products that are heat sensitive will be designated as such in the product detail page on this website. For “heat sensitive” shipments, we will pack your shipment with ice packs and protect it from the elements to the best of our ability. There is an additional handling fee built into the price of heat sensitive products during warmer months.
If your order arrives in the designated time frame and is damaged in any way, please contact us immediately at Mike@MountainManAz.com or 480- 540-5828 to correct any problems.
ORDER NOT RECEIVED
If you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery time frame please contact Mike@MountainManAz.com or 480-540-5828 and we will track your order and get you an answer.

Because of the perishable nature of our food products, we ask that you contact us within three business days of receiving your order so we can deal with any problems immediately.
